We are always interested in motivated individuals with an interest in Pluripotent and Blood Stem Cells, Genomics, Chromatin, Aging and/or technology development. If you are interested in translating stem cell discoveries into patient-specific therapies we want to hear from you!
For prospective GEMS PhD students we are part of the Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, Cancer Biology, and Molecular and Structural Biology research concentrations. For prospective bioengineering students we are a member of the bioinformatics and quantitative biology research center (CBQB). Interested students should email chronis@uic.edu to discuss potential rotation projects.
